BVMT: SOTUVER Suspended Following Major Acquisition Offer

The Tunis Stock Exchange suspended trading of SOTUVER following a bid to acquire 41.28% of its capital, according to Webmanagercenter. The CMF is reviewing the case, reports La Presse de Tunisie. Poulina Group and LAND'OR were also suspended at the CMF's request. The TUNINDEX edged up 0.28% to 15432.03 points, recovering from a 1.14% drop the previous day due to oil market pressures.
