Tunisia: SOTUVER suspended after 41.28% acquisition offer

Tunis Stock Exchange suspended trading of SOTUVER following an acquisition offer for 41.28% of capital, reports Webmanagercenter. The TUNINDEX declined 1.14% to 15237.45 points while TUNINDEX20 dropped 1.31% to 6778.39 points. The Financial Market Council has been petitioned regarding the major acquisition case according to La Presse de Tunisie.
