
Nairobi: NASI dips 0.64% despite two oversubscribed IPOs
The NASI closed at 207.07 points, down 0.64% on March 9. This performance came amid robust IPO activity. The Kenya Pipeline Company IPO was oversubscribed by 105.7%, raising Sh106 billion ahead of its scheduled listing on March 10, according to Business Daily. ALP Industrial REIT, the NSE's first US dollar-denominated listing, was oversubscribed by 115% for its debut on March 11, african markets reports.
