TUNINDEX slips 0.22% as Sotuver and Poulina drive earnings focus

The TUNINDEX fell 0.22% to 18,429.32 on June 15, while the TUNINDEX20 lost 0.23% to 8,162.2, with telecoms bucking the trend as Cellcom jumped 5.0% according to analyst notes. Losses were led by consumer services at -1.55%, distribution at -1.55% and consumer goods at -0.83%, while building materials outperformed with a 1.37% gain to 830.63. On the corporate front, Sotuver reported a 78% profit jump and proposed a dividend of 0.25 dinar per share, Business News reported. Poulina Group Holding also won approval for a dividend of 0.670 Tunisian dinars per share, according to La Presse de Tunisie, while Telnet Holding SA published its 2025 annual results, Zonebourse Suisse said.

The TUNINDEX rose 0.16% in the week ended June 12, 2026 to 18,469.04 points, despite 33 decliners versus 23 gainers. SOTETEL led advancers with a 5.2% jump, while distribution and consumer services both fell 1.28%.

Tunis Stock Exchange — SOTIPAPIER Jumps 5.7% as Basic Materials Outrun a Narrow Market

SOTIPAPIER posted the day’s top gain, rising 5.7% to 2.78 TND, even as market breadth stayed weak at 26 advancers versus 29 decliners. The Basic Materials index climbed 1.91%, well ahead of the TUNINDEX’s 0.17% gain.
