SOTUVER control shifts as TUNINDEX ends nearly flat at 15,606.62

SOTUVER drove the recent narrative after 16.2 million shares changed hands to BA Glass B.V, equal to 41.28% of capital, in a deal cleared by the CMF and triggering a mandatory tender offer, according to L’Economiste Maghrébin, La Presse de Tunisie and Tustex. Trading in the stock resumed on March 25 after the CMF announcement, while 2 block trades worth 2.2 million dinars had already been reported on March 27, according to Business News and Tustex. Elsewhere, SOTETEL jumped 6% on April 13, according to analyst notes, while Unimed posted a 4th straight decline, African Manager reported.
