Tunindex slips 0.15% as SOTUVER tender offer opens at 13.390 dinars
The TUNINDEX fell 0.15% to 20,156.33 points and the TUNINDEX20 lost 0.30% to 8,876.64 on Aug. 5, with banks down 0.19% while financial services rose 0.36%. SOTUVER led the news flow as the mandatory tender offer launched by B.A GLASS B.V opened on Aug. 5 at 13.390 dinars, while trading was suspended, according to Tustex. The offer is meant to organize joint control between B.A Glass and the Bayahi group, according to Webmanagercenter. Webmanagercenter also reported that SOTUVER's first-half 2026 results were reshaped by a 143% rise in the local olive oil market.

SOTUVER remained in focus after a 143% rise in the local olive oil market in H1 2026 reshaped its results, according to Webmanagercenter. Separately, a mandatory tender offer at 13.390 dinars aimed at organizing joint control between B.A Glass and the Bayahi group is due to open on August 5, while trading in the stock is suspended, according to Webmanagercenter and Tustex.
