TUNINDEX rises 0.37% as Carthage Cement posts 6% H1 revenue drop

SOTUVER, meanwhile, saw first-half revenue boosted by stronger demand for olive-oil packaging, Tustex reported.

The recovery was driven by the banking index, up 2.25% at 15,144.95, and the financial companies index, up 1.88% at 16,353.11, while CIL jumped 6%, according to analysts. On the corporate front, Carthage Cement reported a 6% drop in revenue at end-June, with cumulative local revenue steady at TND 128 million, but a recovery started in the second quarter despite a sluggish domestic market, according to Tustex, African Manager and Leconomiste Maghrebin. SOTUVER said first-half revenue was boosted by stronger demand for olive oil packaging, reports Tustex, while One Tech Holding published its second-quarter 2026 business indicators, according to Business News.
