
EGX 30 slips 0.19% as Cleopatra sees 31% Q2 revenue growth
The EGX 30 fell 0.19% to 53,627.3 on July 29, in a session marked by a steady flow of issuer disclosures in Cairo. Cleopatra Hospital said it expects 31% year-on-year revenue growth in the second quarter of 2026, according to TradingView. The market also saw at least 10 regulatory and corporate filings on July 29, including disclosure forms, EGM resolutions, a lawsuit update and financial results from Credit Agricole Egypt, based on EGX releases listed in analyst reports. Outside Egypt, Starcell lost its operating license in Liberia on July 22, Connecting Africa reported.
